A wide range of polishing consumables are available for different working heads, including wool pads, microfiber pads, foam pads, and conical sponges for rotary working heads.
Wool Pad / Microfiber Pad / Foam Pad
Work with random orbital heads and high-torque rotary heads, including T140 short-nap striped wool pad, T100 microfiber pad, T80 high-cut foam pad, T40 medium-cut foam pad, and T05 final finishing foam pad.
T140 Short-nap striped wool pad
Heavy cutting, remove 1200 / 1500# sanding disc marks, deep scratches, orange peel, and heavy oxidation.
T100 Microfiber pad
Remove 1500# sanding disc marks, deep scratches, and heavy oxidation, achieve fast polishing, restore glossy finish.
T80 High-cut foam pad
Intensive cutting, remove 1500 / 2000# sanding disc marks, swirl marks, and medium to heavy oxidation.
T40 Medium-cut foam pad
Light cutting, for compounding, polishing and finishing, remove 2000# sanding disc marks, fine scratches and light oxidation; work with fine polish for finishing.
T05 Final finishing foam pad
Light cleaning ability, work with medium / fine polish to remove car wash scratches and ultra-fine swirl marks, restore deep and brilliant gloss; Also used for coating or waxing.
Conical Sponge
Mainly used for high-torque rotary polishing head (RO-L), directly install on the quick-change backing plate, especially suitable for the polishing and cleaning of motorcycle and car wheel hub.
Special consumables for high-speed rotary polishing head
Since the high-speed rotary polishing head (RO-H) uses 15mm / 31mm threaded backing plate, it is equipped with a separate series of consumables, including T80 high-cut foam pad, T40 medium-cut foam pad and T05 final finishing foam pad, as well as two cylindrical sponges in orange and yellow. Shine Mate also provides two extension rods with a length of 40mm and 80mm, which are especially suitable for polishing in small and narrow areas.
