Product Overview
Premium spray gun for automotive refinish, suitable for water‑ and solvent‑based basecoats as well as 1K/2K topcoat systems.
Nozzle Technology: HVLP Extra Economical - HVLP paint spray guns achieve particularly high transfer rates with their low-pressure technology.
1.3 I nozzle / Part number: 1200170 / EAN: 4027533277286
1.3 O nozzle / Part number: 1200211 / EAN: 4027533277316
I (Control) Spray Fan: the I, or Control, nozzles produce a longer spray pattern with an even material distribution. They have a slower application speed but offer maximum control.
O (Speed) Spray Fan: the “O”, or “Speed”, nozzles have an oval fan shape with a larger fade-out zone and a wetter core, which results in a higher application speed.
Compatible with the efficient SATA RPS multi-purpose cup system and the SATA LCS Liner Cup System (not included)

Balanced - in every respect
The jet X DIGITAL ready is approx. 50 grams lighter than its predecessor, the SATAjet X 5500. The ergonomic gun body sits comfortably in the hand and is balanced so that it does not become top-heavy even with a large filled cup.
The innovative labyrinth airflow system guides the air in the nozzle so that it exits free of turbulence and pulsation - the result is exceptionally fine and homogeneous atomisation. The optimised material distribution and the even spray pattern with clearly defined fade-out zones result in a controlled and immediate painting feel. Uniform spray pattern with clearly defined fade-out zones. The jet X is the new reference in the premium class.
Innovative labyrinth airflow system
The nozzle concept of the jet X is based on the innovative labyrinth airflow system. It guides the air in the nozzle in such a way that it exits each orifice at exactly the same pressure and free of turbulence and pulsation. This enables us to achieve exceptionally fine and homogeneous atomisation - and a new level of surface quality, both for HVLP and RP technology.
3 in 1: the innovative air inlet
The air micrometer for setting the dynamic inlet pressure is located at the air inlet. It allows convenient and precise adjustment of the air pressure. The practical swivel joint is also integrated.
